Based on same research that has been done at this time we can conclude that the quality of education in Indonesia is low category. This is caused by the following factors: the poor quality of teachers. The researcher intends to conduct a study relating to teacher professionalism that is currently widely discussed by various groups, especially the teachers in Mojokerto. This research was conducted in schools througout Mojokerto on the grounds that the majority of teachers Mojokerto has followed either pass the certification test through the test and training portfolio. It is proved that the majority of teachers in Mojokerto has become a prerequisite competencies that teachers can be said to be a profesional.
