When the World Health Organization declared covid-19 a global pandemic in early May 2020, various forms of mobility restrictions were enforced globally. Crises were inevitable. But at the same time, the pandemic motivated and opened windows for innovations in areas such as health, technology, education and others. Now that the pandemic has eased, what are our challenges and how are we dealing with them?

Universitas Negeri Malang (UM)’s 2023 Rethinking EurAsia Lecture Series (REALS) offers a mosaic of academic analysis on various aspects of global issues – from public health, economy, gender, research innovations, language, politics, arts, etc, in the post pandemic era.
