- Sage will select and choose the winners; judges’ decisions are final
- The winner of the iPad and Airpods will be confirmed and notified via email by the university library from 17 November 2025 onwards; therefore, a current and valid institution’s email address is important and required by the winner to claim the prizes from the university’s library. To claim the prizes, winners must show the email confirmation to the university librarian.
- Sage will notify and email the winner of the Grab eGiftcard directly from 17 November 2025 onwards.
- Prizes not claimed within 3 months from 17 November 2025 will be forfeited.
