Pengaruh Strategi Pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching Dipadu Dengan Jigsaw Terhadap Kemampuan Metakognitif, Hasil Belajar Dan Retensi Siswa Kelas X di SMA Negeri 7 Malang
This research is aimed to measute the effect of combination between reciprocal teaching strategy with jigsaw method toward metacognitive skill, learning achievement, and retention of first year student in 7th public senior high school of Malang. Reciprocal teaching strategy combine with jigsaw is given to the student in the second semester. Instruments used in this research were metacognitive awareness and metacognitive rubric to measure metacognitive skill, essay test was used to measure learning achievement, and retention also measure by essay test given at three weeks after learning process ended. Thus it was suggested that this combination in general could improve student’s metacognitive skill, learning achievement, and retention generally/
