Abstract: The concept of success in learning is increasingly shifted from independence to interdependence. Theapplication ofteamworkcollaborativelearningmodel couldbeusedas an alternative solutionto enhance learning. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The subjects were 34 students. Improved cognitive learning outcomes of students was identified through the difference between pretest and posttest (gain score). Teacher and student activities were also observed through observation and analyzed descriptively by describing each of the indicators as affective data. The results show that the implementation of learning activity seen from teacher and student has increased from cycle I to cycle II. It is suggested that teamwork collaborative learning model can be used asa reference for teachers to teach accounting particularly specialized journal.

Abstrak: Konsep keberhasilan yang diperkenalkan dalam pembelajaran semakin bergeser dari kemandirian. (independence) menjadi saling ketergantungan (interdepencence). Penerapan model pembelajaran collaborative teamwork learning menjadi alternatif solusi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 34 siswa. Peningkatan hasil belajar kognitif siswa diketahui melalui selisih antara nilai pretest dan posttest (gain score). Aktivitas guru dan siswa selama pembelajaran diamati melalui observasi dan dianalisis secara deskriptifdengan memaparkan masing-masing indikator dalam aktivitas belajar sebagai data afektif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran dilihat dari aktivitas guru dan siswa mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II. Model pembelajaran collaborative teamwork learning dapat dijadikan referensi bagi guru dalam menyampaikan materi akuntansi khususnya pada materi jumal khusus.
